Terms of Use

PeepTrend is a creator research and decision-support service. These terms protect the product, define acceptable use, and make clear that scores and ideas are not growth guarantees.

Last updated: July 9, 2026Northwarden Ltd[email protected]

1. Who operates PeepTrend

PeepTrend is operated by Northwarden Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE.

PeepTrend is a software product for gaming creator research, trend analysis, opportunity scoring, and creator workflow support. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Accepting these Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of PeepTrend, including the public website, account dashboard, APIs used by the application, emails, and related services.

By creating an account, logging in, using the dashboard, connecting a YouTube channel, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. During registration, you must confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy before an account can be created.

When you use PeepTrend features that access or use YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.

If you use the service for a company, channel network, agency, or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

YouTube Terms of Service

3. What the service does

PeepTrend helps gaming creators research candidate games and topics. The service may combine Steam signals, YouTube Data API signals, public game metadata, scoring models, risk flags, workflow states, creator profile information, and optional LLM-generated creator ideas.

PeepTrend scores, opportunity labels, supply estimates, timing estimates, crowding estimates, confidence scores, and generated ideas are PeepTrend's independent calculations. They are not YouTube-provided metrics and do not replace the public YouTube data shown as evidence.

The service is a decision-support and research tool. It does not guarantee video views, subscribers, revenue, ranking, sponsorships, search placement, platform approval, or any other creator outcome.

4. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, unless the activity results from our failure to apply reasonable security measures.
  • You must tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
  • We may require email verification, password reset or password change verification, reCAPTCHA checks, rate limits, login lockouts, or other security controls before allowing access.

5. Email verification and security controls

A production account may be created after required email verification succeeds. Until the account email is verified, PeepTrend may restrict dashboard access, support messages, creator workflows, saved actions, generated ideas, and other product features.

For account protection and abuse prevention, we may limit or block requests by IP address, account, email address, login identifier, session, device, or other technical signal. Security controls may be changed as threats evolve.

6. Subscriptions, pricing, and payments

The current public creator plan price is loaded from the Stripe Price configured for PeepTrend and is displayed on the Pricing page and in Stripe Checkout before purchase. Prices shown on the website are before applicable taxes, payment-provider charges where applicable, and currency conversion unless Stripe Checkout states otherwise.

We may provide a limited free dashboard preview or free full-report unlocks after email verification. Preview limits, free unlock counts, and available preview features may change to protect the service and prevent abuse.

Full access to unlimited opportunity detail pages, workflow actions, generated creator idea packs, and other paid product features requires an active subscription, active trial, or payment-failure grace period that we make available.

Paid checkout, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, fraud, dispute, and transaction-support processes may be handled by Stripe. Where Stripe Managed Payments is used, Stripe acts as the merchant of record for the transaction and may be responsible for payment processing, indirect tax handling, receipts, disputes, and transaction-level support under Stripe's applicable terms.

You are responsible for reviewing the checkout, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, and payment-provider terms before purchase. Access to PeepTrend remains subject to these Terms even where Stripe acts as merchant of record for the payment transaction.

Unless Stripe Checkout, Stripe's merchant-of-record terms, a separate written agreement, or mandatory law requires otherwise, subscription fees already paid are not refundable or prorated. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal and does not automatically refund the current billing period; paid access may remain available until the end of the paid period unless we restrict access for fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment-provider requirements, abuse prevention, or breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory cancellation, refund, defective-service, chargeback, payment-provider, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

If a renewal payment fails, we may provide a limited grace period before locking product access. We may change, shorten, or remove grace access where needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment-provider requirements, or abuse prevention.

We may change pricing, plan limits, features, quotas, or availability. Changes will not affect a paid subscription period already purchased unless required by law, by a payment provider, or to prevent abuse.

6A. Partner program, promo links, and RevShare

We may offer an invite-only or application-based partner program for creators, bloggers, agencies, or other traffic partners who promote PeepTrend through approved promo codes or partner links.

Partner applications, promo-code requests, approval, rejection, RevShare percentage, discount settings, commission eligibility periods, payout eligibility, and continued participation are reviewed by PeepTrend. We may approve, reject, suspend, deactivate, or modify partner access, promo codes, commission eligibility, or unpaid commissions where needed for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, payment-provider requirements, legal compliance, or breach of these Terms.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, partner RevShare is calculated only on amounts actually collected by PeepTrend or its payment provider for eligible subscription payments during the approved commission period after discounts, refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, taxes, payment-provider reversals, and other adjustments. A discounted first month therefore generates RevShare only on the discounted amount actually paid.

Partners must not self-refer, create fake accounts, misrepresent PeepTrend, make misleading earning or result claims, use spam, impersonate PeepTrend, bid on confusing brand terms in a deceptive way, or use traffic that violates platform rules or applicable law.

Partners may add payout accounts in the partner dashboard and choose one when requesting a payout. The minimum payout request is $25 unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Payout requests are subject to review, available balance, fraud checks, minimum payout thresholds, and correct beneficiary, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT, bank, and transfer details. Payouts are requested in USD; bank fees, intermediary bank fees, receiving-bank fees, wire-transfer fees, and currency-conversion costs may reduce the amount received by the partner unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Partners may delete payout accounts from the dashboard; if a payout account is already tied to an active payout request, deletion may be unavailable until that request is resolved. We may retain partner applications, promo-code history, commission ledger records, payout requests, payout account labels, encrypted payout-request details, status changes, and review notes as partner-program, fraud-prevention, dispute, payment-proof, tax, and accounting records.

7. Disconnecting a channel and deleting an account

You can disconnect a connected YouTube channel from the Profile page. This removes the creator profile and channel-specific generated idea packs from your account, while your general workspace items may remain.

You can also request account deletion from the Profile page by typing your account email in the confirmation dialog. If an active Stripe subscription exists, we will attempt to cancel it first; if cancellation fails, deletion may be delayed so billing can be resolved safely. Account deletion removes the user account and product data tied to it, including connected channel profile, workflow states, feedback, saved opportunities, password reset records, and generated creator idea packs.

If you participated in the partner program, account deletion does not delete partner-program business records such as partner applications, approved promo codes, commission ledger entries, payout requests, payout status, payout account labels, encrypted payout-request details, review notes, and related audit records. We keep those records where reasonably necessary for payout history, payment proof, fraud prevention, disputes, tax/accounting obligations, legal compliance, backups, and partner-program administration.

8. Your content, inputs, and connected channels

You keep ownership of content and information you provide, such as account details, YouTube channel links, feedback, notes, workflow states, and prompts or preferences you submit.

You grant Northwarden Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, display, analyse, and use that information as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support PeepTrend.

If you connect a YouTube channel or provide a channel link, you confirm that you have the right to use that channel information for creator research. Public YouTube data may be refreshed or re-analysed while your account uses the service.

9. AI and generated outputs

Some features may use large language models to generate creator ideas, hooks, suggested titles, descriptions, hashtags, risks, fit reasons, or similar outputs.

Generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, outdated, or unsuitable for your channel. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, checking facts, respecting copyright and platform policies, and deciding whether an idea is appropriate.

We may store generated outputs, prompts, evidence context, and metadata so the service can show prior results, enforce quotas, debug failures, and improve product quality.

10. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or abusive activity.
  • Do not try to bypass authentication, email verification, reCAPTCHA, rate limits, quotas, access controls, or security monitoring.
  • Do not scrape, copy, bulk export, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or its data except through normal product functionality.
  • Do not reverse engineer, probe, scan, stress test, overload, interfere with, or disrupt the service without our written permission.
  • Do not upload or transmit malware, credential lists, automated abuse traffic, or content that violates third-party rights.
  • Do not use the service to make automated decisions about people that have legal or similarly significant effects.

11. Third-party services and data sources

PeepTrend may depend on third-party services and public sources, including Steam, YouTube and Google services, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Consent Mode and Firebase/Google Analytics as described in our Privacy Policy, OpenAI services, hosting providers, databases, email providers, analytics or observability providers, and Stripe for paid billing and merchant-of-record payment flows.

Third-party data can be delayed, unavailable, rate-limited, inaccurate, incomplete, or changed without notice. We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, data availability, rankings, APIs, or platform decisions.

12. Intellectual property

Northwarden Ltd and its licensors own the service, software, website, design, models, scoring methods, dashboards, text, branding, and other product materials, except for your content and third-party materials.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the service for your own creator research and workflow while you comply with these Terms.

If you give feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the service, we may use them without restriction or payment to you.

13. Availability, changes, and beta features

We aim to keep the service useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, incidents, third-party outages, quotas, abuse prevention, or product changes may affect access.

Features may be experimental, limited, invite-only, region-specific, or changed before full production release. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features where needed to operate the service or protect users.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and suitability for any creator outcome.

The service is not legal, financial, tax, advertising, copyright, platform compliance, or professional advice. You should make your own assessment before relying on any information or output.

15. Liability limits

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights where they cannot be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northwarden Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, platform ranking, audience growth, or creator income.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or GBP 100.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northwarden Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you breached these Terms, created security risk, abused the service, failed required verification, caused operational harm, or used the service unlawfully.

We may lock product features if a subscription is cancelled, expires, becomes unpaid beyond any grace period, or is otherwise not active, while still allowing account login for profile, billing, and account-management actions.

You may stop using the service at any time. After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law, and payment obligations already incurred.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product, law, security environment, or business model changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.

If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as through the website, dashboard, or email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you mandatory rights to bring claims elsewhere.

20. Contact

Questions about these Terms should be sent to [email protected].
